Just got a call. Also got one Jun 7. Did not answer either call. No messages left. Likely scam and going to block the #.

He left a message, said from Shaw and Rogers and want me call back.  I won’t.

This caller claimed to be SHAW asking if I want to upgrade my service. I asked them to email me the offer and they told me they could not.  They asked when a better time to call me back and I told them Friday.  They have called me 3 more times since and no messages were left.  Just dead air.  I believe this is a scam.

Called, I didn’t answer, no voicemail left.

There is no way that this is a legit call.  Gave them no information and hung up

This number called me saying that they are from Roger's/Shaw and they had my basic information,  phone , full name and my address and also the amount I pay monthly

So some scammer tried and failed at that point of its script? I would have laughed right then and there.

this is actually Rogers/Shaw. I just received a call, and I had him verify all my information, send me an email and answer Qs only a Rogers customer service agent would have access to. And, I just had my services upgraded for less than I'm paying now. If you're not a Rogers/Shaw customer, fine - don't answer. if you are, especially if your 2 year agreement is coming up *mine is not til Nov but I didn't even notice that and it would have gone up $75/mo* then you better keep an eye on your bill for the price increase!

Customer Satisfaction(?) representative from Rogers with Shaw. Unsure what they wanted as the voicemail they left was unclear.
