This number has charged my account! I didn't authorize the charge and when searching through the web and found this:

"The first flag that went up was the phone number given to me by the bank (charter one) for the company that charged my account. When calling the number given me i.e. 866-585-0620 a gentleman immediately explained that the number i am trying to reach is 866-575-0260 not 0620, so it lead me to believe that there was fraud envolved immediately, then when you call the correct number you get a long message about credit card theft and idenity theft and then you get several minutes of music that fades in and out leading you to belive you are losing the signal. If you are persistent, then finally a telemarketer who explained to me that he was sitting in a suite with several other minimum paid workers manning phones and trying to sound professional until questioned. He gave me much information. He told me the owner of the company is jay thomas who is conviently on vacation but didnt know where. He gave me his complete address where he was speaking to me from which i have included with this report including his fax number. He told me to report the fradulant charge to my card that was not authorized by myself to the police department and then fax this to him and once this was done they would take the charge off.
It would seem to me that charter one seems to be the target whether they are lax in their security or otherwise, it seems that most fraudulant charges stem from their banks."

This is almost exactly what happened to me!

I didn't receive a call but, phone# 866-575-0260 appeared on my bank statement with a withdrawal for $31.98 IDINS.  I have called twice and listened to the recording that a representative will be with me shortly.  Hold time 20-30minutes. I want my account credited immediately.  My bank has been alerted of fraudulent charges.

I didn't receive a phone call from these people either but my bank account was debited, via ACH, $31.98 this morning and the only information that accompanied the ACH withdrawal was this phone number. The thing is, I *just* opened this bank account as my old bank account is frozen, due to fraudulent activity on the account (but I know who committed the fraudulent activity). So now that this new account is less than two weeks old, and the only entity that I've given the bank account and routing # to were the federal government so I can receive my social security benefits via direct deposit, I suddenly have more unauthorized ACH withdrawals coming out of the new account? Perhaps this company is someone tapping into the federal government's database and getting our banking informationm so that they can withdraw money from our accounts?

The worst part about this is that I only had $26 in my bank account so when this went through it dumped me into a negative balance and now I'm going to have an overdraft fee to contend with (and we all know how expensive those have gotten over the past few years!).

This really sucks, and if I ever find the people behind this scheme, well, they're going to be very, very sorry that they ever crossed my path.

INDINS was trying to get money from my account $31.28 twice.  The bank sent me a non-insufficient fee for 40 dollars.  I call this company and after I listening a report about protection identity thief, for maybe 30 minutes an African man answer, then I told him my name, and asked "why are you trying to get money from my account, and who are you". I also told him I have the police listening in the other line and then they hang up.  I tried to call again and they wouldn't answer.

Went to my bank and post all the testimonies I found in the internet about these people and closed my account.

I didn't receive a phone call from these people either but my bank account was debited, via ACH, $31.98 this 12/18/2007 and the only information that accompanied the ACH withdrawal was this phone number. The thing is, I did not authorize this to be charged, The worst part about this is that I only had $.36 in my bank account so when this went through it dumped me into a of $20.oo and I called the bank Bulls Eye FCU in Wisconsin and the teller told me it was my fault because it was a auto pay well news to me it did not allow this transaction now I am afraid that it will be charged again, the banks should be aware of this company and not allow innocent peoples monet to be taken from the!). I have also filed a complain with the Wisconsin attorney General's office and the Wisconsin Department of Justice for fraud, theft, deception, please banks stop these illeagal withdrawls and not blame the account holders, also when u call the number you get nowhere and when I did the guy laughed at me and hung up so what now

I did not receive a call from them but I tried to call to find out what this is and all I get is a busy signal. This so called company has tried to draft $31.98 out of my account twice now I am in the negative. The best thing to do is call your bank and dispute it.

I had $31.98 taken out of my account by 'Debit without Pin' ACH withdrawal.  I contacted my bank and they told me to call this number.  I am still on hold waiting, but I know I won't get anywhere.  The first 5 times I tried to call the number it was a fast busy signal.  I called my bank back again and told them I couldn't get through.  They are reversing the charge and launching an investigation.  I will be reporting this to the police department, the AG's office, and the Better Business Bureau.  Obviously this 'company' is fraudulent and I am amazed that they have not been stopped yet.  We all have the same story here.  There are other websites with similar postings.

The website for them is www.theftprotectsupport.com and their fax # is 213-291-8170

This happened to me on 12/19/07 in New Hampshire.  I plan to pursue this to the fullest extent possible, and I will not be satisfied until they are put out of business and punished.

This happened to me too!!  My bank account was also debited for $31.98.  When I called my bank they said all they knew was that it was from a company called IDINS autopay.  They said there was a number 866-575-0260.  When I called the number I heard some music and then was on hold for about 1/2 hour.  When someone finally answered she told me that I authorized this transaction.  I told her I didnt authorize anything.  I thought I was disconnected becasue she kept fading in and out.  I cancelled this so called account and demanded my money back.  After going back and forth with this girl and getting no where I asked for her supervisor.  No lie, I was on hold for an hour only for a recording to come on saying I had to call back during normal business hours.  I immediately went to my bank and the customer service rep tried calling the number too.  She heard the same thing.  They also told me to submit a police report and my bank statement to some fax number in order for me to get my money back.  So I come home and look these people up online and I see all of these complaints!  Everything that is posted here is true!  I went through the same exact thing.  I am going to file a report with the police.  This is ridiculous and they have to be stopped.  They are the thieves!!!

They did not call me.  When I checked my bank account balance, this miscellanious debit was made to my account yesterday.  I have no idea who these people are and I am very upset because I now have a negative balance.  This means that when I go to deposit my little ass paycheck, I will come home with even less money.  I can't stand people who do this kind of [***].  And right before christmas, what the hell is wrong with these people?!!!  Like I don't have enough problems already!!!

I received a payday loan over the internet and the next day the 31.98 charge was debited from my account.  The next week another charge for 6.98 was taken from my account.  I didn't auhtorize either of these charges.  I did find websites to go onto to cancel these.  The website for the 31.98 charge is www.theftprotectsupport.com.  The website for the 6.98 charge is www.pdssup.com.  Apparently I hit the wrong key when I was applying for the pay day.  I would encourage anyone to go to these web sites.
