I received a phone call on 9/13/11 around 3:20 pm from a guy named Dan who claimed that I owe money for a payday loan from 2008, which I paid off some time ago. I told him I was going to check into it and call him back. I called back 9:00 am 9/14/11 and when I asked for the fax # to send proof, he told me he had to talk to his supervisor. When he came back a couple of min. later, he told me it wasn't necessary to fax proof as my file is no longer with them.

these jerts call asking for some other party, leaving messages on my cell saying un less this person call back the wil be served legal papers im so sick of this ive also gotten calls from others asking for me saying i owe money to some pay day ust this si the#8663153999 ms morgan david crooks david wilson jack wilson etc. iwish that i could face these liars!!!!!!!

I got a rather terse phone call from someone named Devon Reed who called wanting information on someone who is no longer in my dad's life, and hasn't been for a couple of years.  He wanted her address, work address, etc. for her and said "consider yourself served!"  I called back and didn't get him but did explain to the nice lady who answered the phone that we have nothing to do with this woman and do not appreciate getting phone calls for her.  I also gave them the low down on how to find her through her social security disability (if she was telling the truth about that) and said to check the local jails.  They were going to fax the legal department, notifying them to leave my entire family alone, dad included.

a guy named greg called me from this number saying he was with world wide and collectin a debt for money and more for a loan of 315 bucks. thiis is the second time they have called saying they were collecting a debt for money and more but i paid them $350 already for the last time they callled now i feel like i was scammed any one no what i can do i live in oregon
