Yes i got the same call. Called from local number left message to call this number stating the have a civil cases against me with some bogus file number.  They have called my work all my family

I received the same call December 6, 2024 stating I have a claim on file and to return their call.

I have had a "process server" call me from 214-838-0759 regarding legal documents in a claim. He has also called my daughter looking for me. He claims I have to be home when he comes to serve me TODAY or Tomorrow. Apparently, he can't decide when he wants to come. He says to call 866-575-1442, which is Empire, whatever that is, to settle my claim BEFORE he comes. This is the biggest bunch of BULL ever.

I also received the same call, calling from a local number of 203-617-1101 (Danbury, CT) leaving me a message while they are dialing and talking at the same time with static background to call phone number of 866-575-1442 stating the have a civil cases against me saying they will forfeit if I send payment to them over the phone. Soo annoying, it’s definitely a scam.

My brother messaged me saying that they are giving me a courtesy call before filing a claim. I called the number and got a voicemail that doesn’t identify a business name or anything.

They never say the business. The person stated I had a file and I need to call 866-575-1442. They called family members as well.

Did he show up??

Nobody ever shows up.  It is a scam and the "threat" of being "served" is simply a scare tactic to get the intended victim to call them back.

Same thing happened to me!!   I almost fell for it, but then I realized that there were so many red flags, Ive been trolling them every since!!
