received a call, but no message was left, so I assume it was an illegal marketing type call.

Multiple calls over last couple of days.  No msg & I don't answer calls that don't show Caller ID!

No message. Others reported the same therefore blocked

Multiple calls at one time.  It was blinking on and off my caller id.  I counted 9 calls at 10:31 am.  New ways to annoy the bleep out of us!

This number 866-575-1713 calls my home about 8 x's a day everyday and when I answer they hang up????

Called 7:50pm. ID: V004181414600066 . No message left. Blocked and reported it.

why report it if you are not going to stopped them from calling.

to help others out in the future

Called 11/02/2016 @2:08 15 times in a row with no one on other end.  Their robo must have a major problem.

...just a suggestion:
   why not just block the '866' area code...
