received and when called back, says reached the general investigation unit, if this is an emergency, hang up and call 911.  press 1 for directory and then press the first few letters of name, press 0 for operator.  When press 0, says to say name to announce your call at the beep.  if don't say name, goes to voice mail saying that all persons are busy and to leave name and number and they will call you back by the next day.  Tries to sound like a police department - can't talk to anyone without knowing who you are calling and without identifying self.  only want to know where they are.  probabl chase auto finance.  threatening daughter with  issuing warrant for not making car payment and repossessing car.
