This number is calling with a recording saying they are such and such a bank regarding your credit card and suspicious activity, saying it has been frozen.  If you call the other recording asks for card number, pin number and expiration date.  I have placed over a dozen calls to the number using bogus card numbers and info like 4444 4444 4444 4444 pin 6666  exp 1010   and they thank me each time and say my card is now reactivated.  After a dozen or so calls, they now have a new recording - probably id'ing my number - new recording says leave a message.
