Calls from this number several time with voicemail stating they were Comenity Bank . .worried about the impact of Covid-19 on customers. Asked to call them immediately to discuss card options.

Received a call today, said they were from Comenity Bank, concerned about any problems I may have as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.  I have no reason to suspect this is a Robocaller or that this number should be blocked, but also I have no reason to contact them at this time.

Voicemail saying they would like to help if I've been affected by Covid19 and need assistance.  Contact them to assist, we have programs available to assist customers during this time. Please make it a priority to return this call.

They have called my house phone 8 times every other day...how do I stop this

I also got a phone call and a voice mail from this phone number. I am not a member or subscriber to this bank. I believe it is a scam. My best suggestion is to not call this number back unless you want to mess with them and waste their time.

It's possible many people are ASSUMING this is the number that called them because it's the number they leave on their robo-message.  I received 2 calls this week from 720-7278-3219, the CID on both said "Comenity Bank." The messages left from both calls was identical, asking me at the end to call this number (866-575-5826).
A couple of things:
1) Comenity Bank is based in Ohio.  The call I received from the 720 area code is Colorado.
2) Comenity's customer care number is an 855 toll free number, not an 866 number
3) Comenity's website has a banner at the bottom for customers to click if they're having financial hardships due to COVID-19. Clicking on that banner refers you to the 855 customer care number listed on their website, NOT 866-575-5826.
It's pretty clear this is a phishing scheme, trying to get personal info from the call recipient.

Well, considering that number you allege called you has 11 digits instead of 10 then I certainly would have considered that it is not from Colorado.  You should also be posting here https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/72072783219

Comenity Bank is a credit card lender for companies like Victoria Secrets, Furniture Row, Overstock.com ect. If you are receiving these calls they have your number from a credit card. If you do not have credit with a company using Comenity Bank just call the number and they will remove you from the list. The COVID-19 reference is to help people make their back due payments due to COVID 19 related illnesses. 866-575-5826

Received a voicemail from 614-212-5144 stating if I need help due to Covid I should call this number. The recording was already in progress when it reached my voicemail so I have no clue who the caller allegedly is but my phone identified it as Spam.

Returned the call and she immediately ask me to give my name and verify my address and phone number. Explained I would not give that information and the response was a snarky “then I cannot help you.” That ended the call for me.

That might be true. I have a card with them. And it’s not past due. The call went straight to my voicemail. Because my phone recognize it as a scam. Also, I read some where that scammers get your info. And contact you as your creditors

This number calls me several times. It goes straight to my voicemail. Because my phone recognize the call as a scam call. (Smart block)

Called today and left no messaged. I called the number back and they did not identify the company name on the pre-recorded answering message. I do have accounts with Comenity I have no balance or past due balance on any of them and have not for over a year.
