Sirius XM sales call.

This is a phishing scam.  I've had a Sirius XM subscription for eight years and my payments are automatic.  I have never gotten a bill through the mail or a phone call from them.  Now  in the last three months I've gotten four calls either asking me to call to verify my information or to tell me that my payment is late.  I checked my account online and everything is up to date.

I actually missed the call.  When I looked it up on google, I knew the call was worthless to me.

It's from Sirius XM. I was formerly a customer and when I switched vehicles cancelled my account due to poor service. They continue to call and don't leave a message, but when I call the number back, it goes to a Sirius XM menu.

others have reported this as a scam call so I didn't answer it

This is Sirus XM customer service. Not a scam. They wanted to extend our service from the BMW 6 months free trial.

This is definitely a call from Sirus XM Customer Service and is Not a Scam. I've called them back and checked my current account and everything is fine. However, they have been calling on my business phone which is not  associated with a Sirus XM account so these calls are sales calls. Their marketing pitch is deceptive and they are using scare tactics by stating, " your account will be terminated shortly". Not very ethical. I've told them to remove my business phone number from their list of marketing calls but obviously this did not happen.

I am not currently, and have NEVER been a Sirus XM customer. I am on the Do Not Call list.  What is it with these people?!

I just cancelled one of my XM radios that I've had for 5 years.The stupid girl in the Phillipines kept arguing with me and tried to convince me to keep my account or change it to all music which is basically the same price.I kept telling her no and finally resorted to yelling her name, "Hera", until she shut up.These people are very hard to deal with.I don't know that we will renew our other radio when it's contract runs out.

Got a call today! Don't have a truck capable if having this yet! I was afraid that someone was using my information so I talked to the girl. Would have been nice to have someone who understood what I was saying! I was speaking clear English! They assured me I had no account. The information they asked for is public knowledge so I'm not to worried about that! Anyone can get that online but it does upset me that I had to go through this! I called the number back and got the Sirius menu. I'll call the number with the same last 4 but a different prefix tomorrow to make sure someone didn't set up an account in my name! I WILL press charges if they catch them!

I don't understand why you would have more than one Sirius account to begin with.  All you need is one account for ALL of your radios, in vehicles and in your house, including listening on line.  You don't need more than one account.

I just paid my bill on line yesterday, and now getting these calls?  Something fishy alright.  If it were official business, I think they would leave a message, which they didn't.

I've never even had Sirius radio....so this is hilarious to me.  Good to know my account bill is overdue.  Jackwagons.  Never had an account with them lol.  Nice try guys lol. It was even an automated call, not a real person.

I've received two calls; one saying they had mailed me a statement that was returned and they needed an updated address.  The second call (yesterday) was a recorded message saying my account was past due and the radio was going to be disconnected.  I could have pressed "1" to talk to someone but did not.  I checked my account online today and all information is correct and account balance is zero.  I called Sirius on the number from their website (a different, but similar number (866) 528-7474 and the CSR told me that 866-575-7474 is NOT one of their lines.  I say it was a phishing call, but if so, it means that our account information has been hacked (not credit card numbers) but information enough to sound plausible when they call.  Be careful.

I got a text from that number and all it said was im at the cinema. I never responded

Had sirius xm but car was totaled so had to suspend my service. When I called to resume service they sent a new year's bill and shut off my service that had been paid up till 2014. Didn't agree to this and refused to pay it and been harrassed by phone every day since
