It's Infinity Health Systems....If you recently saw a doctor in the emergency room, they take care of the billing and payment arrangements.

Yup, it's Infinity, even if you haven't received the bill yet, they'll start calling you.

Definitely Infinity Health Systems. Got my number removed after calling them and questioning why they were contacting me, since I don't owe any medical bills, found out someone I know is using my personal phone number for his contact information.

If you paid Infinity Health Systems using their phone payment systems, it will come up on your credit card as "BELOIT."  Very odd.  I had a bill from a local hospital and paid it this way.  It was a separate payment to the doctor who saw me after I was admitted at the emergency ward.

I don't know who this is   They keep harrassing me.   Please have them stop calling my number   414.554.5857

All Medical Providers have current information to make payment.  This particular company has ignored both usps information AND information given to them via phone.  The insurance carrier has been contacted more than once, and indicated ALL bills have been paid.

Further contact is nothing but harrassment!
