No idea what the call is about and please stop calling me

How do you expect your caller to honor your request when you don't know who called you?

Called myself and my mother saying it's a last effort to contact myself before charges are pressed. No clue what all this is about. They don't take call backs and are supposedly a mediation place

they called me today, lvm saying they needed to clear up some discrepancies about a complaint form their client, not that they are collecting a debit, also they spoofed their number so it would look like a local number, and when you google the name they gave northwestern mediation there is nothing which for a collection agency would be odd.

Called and said they are contacting me and need me or my attorney to call them back concerning a complaint submitted and they need my statement of events.

I was skeptical at first myself, I called them and I worked with a Julianna and she helped me solve my problem before it escalated further.  They are legit I received a letter that I signed and I received a Paid in Full letter as well as a receipt for my payment.  So they definitely have a great paper trail.

They said that I need to be home at 11 Am - 1 pmto sign a complaint against me I will not be home. You have no right calling my phone and saying this. If it was a court order of complaint that would be different it would be just mailed to me for just a debt collector your a scammer and I will not even fall for this! Please don’t call me anymore. Debt collectors don’t knock on doors. This is harassment.

Called saying they were from Northwestern and name was Willie Williams and collecting a debt from loan and it was from over 20 years ago. I informed them that debt was way too old to collect and that it was a scam  and he started to argue with him and intimidate me and I would report them to FTC and asked them to not call me again and I then blocked their number.
