Lauren Fox claimed to be serving papers to a Timothy Smith regarding case 432290..defrauding a financial institution ..plans to serve at residence or place of work......

A woman left a message on my home phone answering machine. She called me by name, identified herself as Tracy Kelly and said she was calling regarding fraudulent checks. She asked that I contact their legal office immediately at 1-866-575-9485 to avoid being served with a warrant at my home or place of business. Said to refer to case #350657. An obvious scam.

A man called my cell and he called me by name,  and said I needed to contact their legal office immediately at 1-866-575-9485 to avoid being served with a warrant at my home or place of business. Said to refer to case #425502. An obvious scam.

i got a call from a process server at my mom in laws they left message to return call to this no. re: hot checks and to avoid getting served and to refer to case#430911 .  with lawsuit filed.  I called  no. and they said they are collecting for a past account from 2007.  i really believed it although i did not give them any information.

i got the same number calling me saying that i defrauded an institution an that they were going to serve me at my place of work or home. they said to refer to my case  #45701103. the call comes in unknown on my cell. i got another unknown call right after telling me the same but call back another number and refer to case  # 451554. is this a scam because i have no idea what this is they said it was a pay day loan that i defaulted on but i have never had a payday loan....
