A woman named Garlanda had this phone number before me. She must have gotten in some serious trouble because I get these calls daily and it took several months to stop getting calls and texts from her family and friends. NCO Financial-STOP calling me. I'm not who you're looking for.

If you have a cell phone, and you get an annoying caller like this, add it to your contacts with the ringtone set to "No Ring".  Then you can ignore it.

Researching this number because they NEVER leave a message and the one time I answered there was no response on their end.  Could not know what is about because...  they NEVER leave a message.  Now their calls now go straight to voicemail.  LOL

Was away for the summer; never heard from them before, but accidentally left ans machine on. There were 20+ calls, all same msg, three different voices, all to respond to Randall Gunn (sp?) I've had my phone 6+ years; have no debts. How does get stopped?

Another one of those sleazy debt collection agencies.  This is like the third one that calls my  my phone asking for some person I have never heard of.  

This company started robocalling this week and filled up my answering machine with messages saying "this is an important message from NCO about a debt and any information obtained will be used in the collection of a debt.  Please call blah blah at blah blah blah."

Right... I have no debt, why is it my business to call you?  I swear robodialers should be outlawed.

Go look up NCO financial at www.ftc.gov.  Look at how many lawsuits and FTC violations and fines they have had to pay....In 2004 they had to pay the largest FCRA civil penalty to date.

I don't know what they want, but I have no outstanding debts, either.  Consistently call me every day - sometimes more than once a day.

They just call randomly, as in they pick a number and they call. They actually never leave messages on our phone. When we had a phone five years ago they called all the time, but could never say what the debt was, and often gave us the wrong name, said they'd remove us from the list , and then called the next day...We actually went three years without a home phone and never received any calls on our cell phones. One day with a home phone number and they were already calling us. If they call you, I wouldn't give any personal information or anything like that. They are no good. By the way-they tell us they are NCO financial (when they actually talk-because now we pick up and they don't answer)  but they come up on caller Id as MCO.

Here's the scam NCO contacted me about.  If you ever rented movies from Hollywood Video, NCO has bought out what they are claiming is debt owed to Hollywood Video.  Shortly after Hollywood Video went under I got a call from a debt collector (don't recall if it was NCO or another debt collector) who claimed that I hadn't returned videos that were, in fact, returned.  I advised them that any video I ever rented was always returned and I wasn't paying them  Told them to stop bothering me and if they still had an issue to take me to court (I'm a lawyer).  That was the last I heard about it for several years.  Until a few months ago when NCO started contacting me about the same alleged failure to return videos.  I've told them the same thing I told the original debt collector.  Unfortunately they keep calling.  Then I reported them to the Do Not Call Registry.  They're still calling.  They don't care.  I don't answer.  I'm going to keep reportig them.  Hopefully they will get fined for these ongoing violations.

It is NCO Financial Services trying to collect on a medical debt and I do not have any medical debts!!!!!!

Everyone receiving calls from this number, just keep reporting them to the Do not call registry, hopefully they will get the hint.  I keep a record of all scam-phone numbers, up to 38 this year.

Harass them back. Keep calling them over and over. They get irritated and won't call you for a year or so.. Its fun haha

These guys are nuts.  They are just harassing people by calling every time and leaving recording message to resolve a debt.
I'm not that stupid to call them back but I wish they stop calling once for all.  I do not have any debt, period.

Please leave a message if its worth dialing a number ,my  number ,just leave a message.

They have called my cell a few times in the past few days. I finally decided to answer it. They said Transworld Systems Them: Could you verify the last 4 of social or date of birth
Me:  "I dont know who you are or why you are calling, there is no way I am giving you this personal information",
Them : "Ok sir understood, can you verify the address we have... >spouted an address<
Me: "Bzz wrong address, lived here and 3 other places in last 10 years that is not one of them"
Them: "Ok we will remove your number from our system"

End of Call.

So no clue who they are, what they want, but Transworld is who they are. So here is to hoping no more calls from these people.
