The caller does not leave the reason for the call or whether it is personal or business related. If it was a business call, they did not leave a company name.  Although many companies operate this way now, I find it non-productive. I am not going to return a call to a person or a company that I am unfamiliar with.  If they leave a company name, I can at least pull them up on the internet.  If I do have a business relationship with them, I can address it.

It is not in the best interest of anyone these days to call numbers that you do not recognize.  There are too many scams.

Its a collection agency in Indianapolis, IN called Senex Services Corp.  They collect unpaid hospital debts.

A guy named Russel Wyden called from this number. Don't know him, don't care to. Left an extension #408

At least he left his name. That's more than most peddlers. But I don't return calls from people who don't state their business. It's my number they're calling, they need to learn respect.
