This agency is the most harassing,rude and relentless company i have ever dealt with. They repeatedly called me daily(including weekends as early as 7am!)about an account that had been closed years ago in another state and refused to stop harassing even after i tried to reason with them and make payment arrangements. When you do return one of their numerous calls they have you on caller id and when you ask them who they are and what they are regarding they refuse to tell you anything. They are so rude, very unprofessional and extremely unhelpful!

MICHAEL CUNNINGHAM (he is actually a recorded voice message) for at least a year, if not longer, has called my house. The recording leaves only the name and number saying it is VERY important but never what it is regarding.

My roomate has one disputed debt that is several years old and was already charged off by the creditor in addition to having the Statute of Limitation run out on it.

This collection company seems to buy up the oldest/disputed/no longer collectable debts on record. It seems they are also using illegal/harrassing methods in their attempts to collect

Debts DO have a Statute of Limitations.

These a**holes call here practically everyday asking for someone who is not at my number. I have asked them REPEATEDLY to stop calling me. But they continue to call anyway. The person who leaves messages on my answering machine on the occasion I'm not available to answer the phone is named Reuben Schwartz. I don't know who the hell these people are, but they are relentless even after I tell them that there is no one by the name of _______ at this number. I've told them dozens of times so far. Idiots!

Yep, they call my land line lots and lots and lots but I have no outstanding debts so I Imagine they are looking for the people who had my number before me etc. If they want to keep on wasting their time and effort on someone who is 100% non-responsive I'm going to let them. I have my ringer and machine set to low and my land line is really more of a message phone so they can keep on running in place for all I care.

i have not answered the calls i have been getting for the last three months from this number. i haven't got a cluewhat it is about, if it is a collection agency why they would be calling as i have perfect credit with no accounts ever being in collection. all the accounts i've ever had where paid off before they were closed. all of my current accounts have zero balances. WTF? i am not calling them back for anything, i have done a check of my credit report within the last week and there are no entries to the company name by the name of leading edge recovery solutions over the last three months.

so i will continue to monitor my credit report and if there are any entries from this company, i will contact my attorney and demand they provide proof that they are even calling the right number for the person that they are loking for.
