Toll free - blocked the call

Male with Indian accent called saying he was from ComEd and wanted to know if I saw the lower rates on the back of my bill.  The bill is not in my name or phone number, so I knew it was a scam.

No message added to auto rejection list

Called my cell.  The usual - no message etc.  Thanx to above reporters for investigating.  I don'd live in a ConEd area, but I presume they (the scumbags) know where they are calling.

Male of foreign accent and broken English by the name of Harry Blake, calling on behalf of AEP 9-23-16, said I have reduced rate for month, for me to call back at 1-888-884-6143, his voice mail was marked urgent, wanted my account number etc to "save" me more money. Called 5 times one day, only one message. Frequent, annoying hang up calls. Scammer!  Beware!  Filing complaint.

I tried to call the number back866-577-8913, there was a recording that said that this number could not be used. I was calling the number back to ask them to please take me off the calling list.

Left it go to the answering machine. Some lady kept saying "hello, hello, are you there"

Again, 11/18/16 @4:35 PM another call from this number (earlier this week as well); when are the telephone companies, the Attorney General's office going to do something about these SCAMMERS --- THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FAR TOO LONG???!!!
