Similar to what others reported, almost anyone with internet can get your name, county of residence and make connections to family members - almost anyone who pays a small fee can get emails and phone numbers - no process server in the world will call in ADVANCE to warn you, and most will have English skills higher than that of someone who’s never spoke English before - mispronounced my name, had an old address from two moves back, these half-wit morons believe that if they mention “legal documents” or “court action” you’ll start jumping, this is America [***] and when the county really wants me they’ll show up at my doorstep!
