the caller left a message that said I had applied for a loan on the phone but they could not process a phone request.  The person spoke so fast and garbled that I barely understood her.  Her name though was Adrienne.  I was to call them again.  I had never requested a loan from this scam outfit.  I tried to call them back to complain but I was put on hold.

these people called my wife's cellphone and convinced her that someone had tried to open a credit card in her name, but had been declined. my wife still doesnt understand scam outfits, god bless her. something tells me i'm gonna end up penniless.

I just got a message on my machine from this number (thank you caller ID). Adrienne spoke so fast I could barely understand her. She said they could not accept my loan application over the phone (I never applied for a loan with them) and that I would have to come in. She gave the phone number with way too many digits. At the end it said something about disregarding this message if you ..something, something something ... deposit.  That was the end of the message. I'm tempted but leary of calling back to see what is going on but I get the feeling it's a scam because this site is the only hit on a search for that number.

So I worked up the nerve to call them and it turns out it's a telemarketing ploy.  I pointed out rather emphatically that their message made it sound like I was the victim of identity theft. Long story short - they removed my number from their list.  Nice of them since I'm already on the state and national no-call lists.  Also they do have a web site but you can only find it by searching (866)583-2819.

866-583-2819  Just like with everyone else, "Adrienne" called our house and left a message. She/He/It Spoke so fast that it was hard to make out most of the number or even the company name. We must have played the message back 10 times just to be able to understand it. We heard Bay, Data, Flash, garbled nonsense.

This is clearly a SCAM because my wife did NOT apply for ANY type of loan anywhere!

I WILL be reporting this call directly to the BBB, the FCC, as well as to the Office of the Attorney General - Edmund G. Brown Jr, as he handles complaints where this scam outfit is located.

My wife also received a weird Loan Request TXT MSG from 70542 which is tied to 866-404-1181, which MIGHT be tied to this scam outfit as well.

We are on the Federal Do Not Call list, so we do NOT appreciate any type of Unsolicited Phone calls from ANY company, especially not at 5AM, Legit or Scam! They are clearly violating a Federal Law and will be reported to the proper Federal and State Organizations for doing such.

Luckily the wife and I are smart enough to check our Bank Accounts DAILY and our Credit Reports at least 2 times a year to avoid such Scams.

Received a voicemail from Chris today saying something about my application for a payday loan. I have never applied for a payday loan. The message said to visit www.paydayflash.com.  I couldn't make out the entire message because of Chris' accent. My number is on the national Do Not Call Registry, so I will be reporting this number and hopefully they'll get shut down so that whatever scam they're running will end.
