Caller left a recorded message that said, "This is Mike Stone. This message is being left in accordance with State and Federal law. I was contacting you concerning a case that's been filed in our office in regards to insufficient or possible fraudulent transactions that were issued by you. Your name and social security number have been red flagged pending an investigation. You can contact us directly at 866-584-0922. Again that's 866-584-0922." This is a scam. I Googled him and came up with this very same message given using other phone numbers.  Apparently, he changes his name now and then. My financial business is squeaky clean and he is trying to lure unsuspecting people to call him.

I received that exact same phone call with the same message from the same Mike Stone.  He seemed to be screaming the message. I didn't call back.  No mention of my full name in the message or the name of the business he is calling from and the number he called from isn't listed.. That was a huge red flag sign of a scam.

I've been called by this number several times over at least a 2 year period.  Got called again today with the message that "puzzlelady" described below.  I've called them before and they got very angry with me.  I called them today and here's what happened.  

A "Lisa" answered and gave the name of the firm but she said it too fast.  I told her that I had received a call from this number from a Mike Stone.  I gave her my phone number.  She said they were looking for an Andre Lewis.  I told her he didn't live here and that that number has called several times before over the last few years.  She basically told me that wasn't true; that they had just received this claim.  I told her I didn't know this Lewis person and he has never lived here.  SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!  So, I called her back.  She answered but didn't say anything.  So I said I was disconnected talking to you.  SHE HUNG UP AGAIN!  So, I called back a 3rd time.  This time she answered "this is Lisa".  I said I had been disconnected twice.  SHE HUNG UP ON ME A THIRD TIME!!!!!  

I've had my enjoyment for the evening.  It was probably 3 months ago when I received the last call.  The guy I talked to then was extremely rude!

I hade same number called me and he said that they are collection agencies and that I hade owe bank 671$ overdraft in 2009? I have contacted my current bank and thay said it was a scam, so I called back and i started arguing and told them that they are scammers so he said "no we are not"? I was surprised...he hade all info from my old bank and acct number, addresses, ssa number and all that. But will call old bank and check just to be sure..

There has been a lot of fraud and extortion going on! Do call your old bank! Then file reports with the appropriate authority's..

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general,FTC & FCC..

Called old bank and thay said that  nothin is showing that we owe to the bank.
Tried by my SSA number and old act numb and they say its a "SCAM" So don't give any info and just hang up on them.

They never say which company they are calling from and they they say they have fraudulent info filed by me. They also say they have my social security number.

ive had these guys calling and calling multiple times, and finally blocked them on my phone and now they are calling me, a lady this time, mrs berkley..., from a private number...I wish theyd stop calling me and now they have let on they have the last 4 of my ssn...before just my name, maiden name,....how do i end this..I dont want my info out there.

STOP STOP STOP STOP calling me and leaving auto-voicemails for your SCAM.  Elijah Greenberg or Mike Stone or whoever you are- STOP!

I recieved a called from Jason Williams at 866-584-0922 at 9:43am left a message stating my name and he had info from the County I live in clerks office that he received an affidavit about some insufficient funds authorized on my behalf and he is schedule to be at my house or place of business in 48 hours.

Well little does he know I have a connection at an Attorneys office who has access to info to see if I'm in the system. My name appeared no where.

I have been getting calls like this for about 3 years now about twice a year. Give it up PEOPLE!!! If you dont know you have to send me something in the mail...its the LAW!!!
