my call was to send proof of insurance for my car through Wachovia Dealer Services.  I sent it but received no response (I had requested one on the fax).  I have had four requests in the last 5 months concerning verification of my car insurance via postal mail, email and voice mail.  All have been responded to promptly but I still get requests...  the number that showed up on my phone was 0000000000.
