- Margaret| 1 replyThis is Audubon Financial. They are supposedly a debt collector for payday loans. I have yet to get them to verify anything in writing. More than likely they are not a legitimate company.

- AileenI received two emails one one Nov 8 and one today. I called (with my number blocked - and they still knew who was calling) knowing that this would be a collection of some sort but wanted to confirm that it was not something legitimate since the mail stated my payment was not processed. They had some correct information on me and some incorrect. Surprisingly, the lady that answered spoke perfect English and was not rude at all. She only asked several times if I had any recollection of a payday loan from 2009. I told her no a few times and then finally she stated that it was being forwarded to my county. I told her go right ahead and sent it and in litigation they will have to provide evidence of my account. I also told her to send me something in writing in the meantime. Not sure I will get anything. My only concern is that she has my social.

Needless to say, I still have not received anything back and probably won't. Also, just got a text from them saying to call the #. They are trying to get in touch with me. All I can say is keep trying.

- Alfalfa replies to cindySecurity company Cloudmark created a spam messaging reporting service that nation’s major wireless carriers agreed earlier this year to start using. Now, customers of AT&T Mobility, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint and others can forward their text spam message to 7726. The mobile phone carrier will ask customers for the phone number that’s linked to the spam message so they and Cloudmark can start investigating.

- Ignore the idiots replies to MargaretIgnore these jokers. There is absolutely nothing they can do. They use illegal scare tactics to try and collect debts that they don't even own. (Usually write-offs and payday loans) Please click this link: http://www.avvo.com/legal-answers/can-i-be-ch ... ?ref=kb_suggest
Never give these bottom feeders any information or for that matter, never answer their calls. - djone would think that if you are trying to collect a debt, at least change the account on each email
being sent out to at least appear legit!

- Sd| 1 replyI just got a voice mail saying they were from autobahn and they used my correct first name but a different last name and wanted to know why I have not called them back and they needed me to call by the end of the business day for a conversation that would be recorded. I am not fooling with these people and I am on the no call list so if they keep it up I am going to turn them over to the DA's office in my county.
