    I don't know, called me four times today. First one rolled, no voice mail. I answer the next 3 and no one replies. The second time I answered I gave them about 20 seconds to say something as I could hear dead air in the background like someone was on the line and still nothing. Hung up and they called me back immediately, where the same exact thing happened. Still no idea who it is.

    Attention: If this is you calling, leave a voice mail. If you're a collection agency that is fine but leave a voice mail. And barring that, at least respond when I bother to answer.
