Several calls per week asking for someone named "Jennifer Berg."  I have never known anyone by this name and have had the same phone number for almost 10 years.  Called them back over a week ago to have my number removed and was told it was.  The calls continued, so I called back again to have my number removed and was told that they were "having a problem with their system and it was calling removed numbers by mistake."  When I said that if the calls continued it would violate the law and constitute harassment, the woman yelled "I don't want to hear this!" and hung up.

debt collector, by making up a name they can contat you or leave a number to call back, sounds like an innocent solicitation, always the same, wants my name and phone number first, rings phone all different hours, once at 2AM

I received a letter from Enterprise Recovery Systems Inc. about a week ago, telling me I owed 329 dollars or so of past debt to Fredonia State College, which I had graduated from with my degree in 2004. It raised some flags in my head that I had been allowed to get my diploma but that letter had told me I still owed a couple hundred dollars. I called the school and they said my account was at 0, and they were just as confused as I was. I called the above phone number, was put on hold, and listened to some craptacular "ringback" music. Tell me how many legit companies have some rap music playing for you while on hold?!?!?!?!? I talked to some lady calling herself Sheila Johnson at extension 293 who told me Fredonia had just openend this account blah blah blah. I told her they said my account was at zero and she demanded to know who I talked to. Today this "Sheila Johnson" called back and informed me that she had called Fredonia back herself and they told her that I owed 283 dollars and some cents. First of all [***] because the two debt totals don't even match. I am calling back tomorrow to mess with them.

Call the state attorney general's office and report these yahoos.

Trying to collect on a debt that was never owed,must have been sold by other collections agency, supposed debt is over 14 years old from a company that has been out of business for 10 years,when calls originally started.Last collections agency i told,Send me proof of what I owe,any bills or anything and if I owe it i wil pay,but I know i didn't owe anything as it was the store I worked at and had only $100 credit line given to all employees

ERS 1-866-595-6803 has called my home everyday for almost two weeks.  If a person had been the one who was on the other end of the phone, one call would have saved me the aggravation.  But, NO it was a automated voice.  Finally I had enouph and I called them.  I spoke with MAX extention 378 and guess what?  "Sorry Mamn,  Wrong person"  No kidding"  Try using real people calling, rather than a machine.  See what society is coming to!

This a low-life, bottom-feeding, scum-bag bunch operating as Enterprise Recovery Systems, 2400 Wolf Rd #200, Westchester, IL, 60154, PH: 630-574-0110. They buy up out-of-statute debts for a little as a quarter of a penny to the dollar and then try to harass you into paying them something, anything. Do not call them back, NEVER give them any information. If they write you, highly doubtful that any of them can write, IMMEDIATELY send them a cease communications letter.

This phone number calls my home at least 3 times a day and leaves a message on my answering machine asking me to call that 866 number, when I called it stated that the company name was ERS? I want them to stop calling my house.

Here you get the email addresses of their Client Relations...open a fake hotmail.com, yahoo.com, or even gmail.com account and email them daily, all of them, the more daily the better.  DON'T give out your info, let's ALL email them and give them a piece of their own headache.

I tried to reason with them but I would not give them my personal info and they started acting like jerks and said they would keep calling regularly until I gave them my name...even though they have the wrong guy and I just got this phone number 3 months ago...they want to verify by me giving them my details...I DON'T THINK SO!

They used my former married name.

Had a Debt from ERS and I payed it in full over the phone via electronic check on 9/15/2008. Was told nothing was going on my credit because they only had this account for less than a month. I was wrong I got another bill for $24 on 11/26/08 saying that i owed them more money and was told by them that it was accrued interest that mysteriously owe 3 months after the bill was payed in full. Contact FTC and consumer commission in your state and complain. Danny Rivera was the tool that I spoke with.

Numerous calls received over the last year. Messages left for someone who does not live here. They have even tried changing the order of the names given. I don't know who they are looking for. I have returned the call numerous times. I always get a recording that says to leave a message. I have left numerous messages notifying that there is no one by that name at this phone number. They continue to call.

This number calls me also. I just don't answer it. Let it go to my voice mail and that's it. I don't except any calls from numbers unknown. Den in Florida
