I got a phone call that did exactly that...it said goodbye. I looked at my caller ID & called them back & she just laughed & said it must have been a recording. She then asked if I knew so & so Thompson & I said no I didn't & that they were rude & wasting my time & I was hanging up now & I did. What can a person do about this company?

This number calls a couple times a week-I never answer, and they never leave a message for a return call.

This number calls me leaves no message I don't waste my time on numbers I don't know phones are for the owners express usage which does not include them

This number would always call me at least 3 times a day and there would be complete silence on the other end. so i called the number back and did a little online research and found out that the nuber belongs to a collection agency by the name of ERS Solutions Inc. i had already had my situation resolve its just that they didnt recieve a receipt showing it. so i hope this info helps

Illicit, illegal scam "phishing" calls to my cell, from a fake scamming credit agency calling from 866-595-6805.  These scammers call themselves ERS Solutions Inc/www.e-r-solutions.com.  Do not talk to these people, they are Criminals.

I get a call from this number at least twice a week.  I listened to the message one time.  It starts by saying they are looking for someone.  Then they want you to hold the line to update their records. I promptly hung up.  I have never answered since. I thought they would go away but I guess I need to block the number.

This number calls several times a week.  They actually was a recording that left a name on my voicemail.  I call back "assuming" they are a creditor looking for this person.  I told them that there was no one by that name at my phone number.  Today, there was another message with a different name.  I called back.  The lady that answered the phone was the same person I talked previously.  When she answered the phone, she said EHS.  I gave her the name she said she didn't have the name and said she would transfer me then the call went into the black hole until I got a busy signal.  I think this company is scam.  This number has been coming up on my caller id for months.  Can't they be turned in and stopped?

I reported the call first to the Attorney General's Office in my state.  I was advised to file a complaint with the National Do Not Call List.  I did so.  Perhaps this is what you should do.

Once I finaly waited on line to see what this number wanted from me a man named Jeff came on and when I asked him questions he was rude and talked to me like a child. I hung up. He called me back and began yelling at me.  I told him to kiss my ass.

Rec'd indicator on calleri.d. - name not provided + phone number & didn't leave a message.

Rec'd numerous calls from this number over the past year but never answer when name or  phone # are not listed on caller i.d . By accident, answered yesterday &  told caller to remove my phone number from their solicitation list & was immediately told she was not soliciting,  but a legit comp seeking info on a distant family member who has never lived at our address or had the phone #.  Did not give any info but asked for name of business & was told the call was personal.. told them, you give me your info & I'll give you mine (which I never would do) & caller disconnected.  Am reporting to State consumer protection & DoNotCall for whatever that is worth.  Thank you "800 Notes" I now have some idea who I'm dealing with.
