Why do I keep getting calls asking for John Alvarez

Why do I keep getting calls asking for Melissa Janis or Johnis something like that

and now this number with a recording saying that they have important business matter
then it says there will be a pause. Pause for what? These people really get a thrill of annoying people dont they?

and there is this annoying and disturbing beep sound every 3 to 4 seconds that can drive someone insane .

Called and stated that it is regarding a formal complaint and they have documents to be delivered to my door or employment and I need to have proper ID to ensure proper delivery! Is it a scam

Just got the same call.. They called my place of employment

They called my daughters number. This is some kind of scam, maybe looking for information for ID theft. I'm going to report this to the authorities.

They called my ex husband and my ex father in law saying they were Marshall Services and needed to know where I was because they wanted to serve me with some papers??

The only 'papers' you'll get would be your newspaper. You won't be warned ahead of time if papers are in fact going to be delivered to you. Extortion scam and should be ignored, no matter the threats.

They just called my 85 year old Mother with a legal document for me.  I told her it was a scam. Just printed a credit karma report to prove no one is after me.  Just hang up on Pacific Allied Partners (scammers)

Nah. Do a step better and never answer at all, if you can do it. They don't bother me, and even if they do, without looking up the number, I won't have any idea what they might want. They have no chance to leave me messages.

Scammers. Calling my family members. Threatening... to serve some kind of papers. Yeah right. You know where I live idiots.  Do NOT answer this number.

Just got a sketchy call concerning service and officers. Something about papers.

Same here. But they called my number a d left a .message for my ex... MY ex from 2008! I was like... "WHAT?!"

Called my family and job but when I try to return there call all the numbers are always busy said they were going to send 2 guys to deliver legal documents This is some type of scam

Claims there are documents that will be delivered to my address , left a case number,  but no company name. I called the number and the guy wouldn't give me any straight answers. Sounds like a scam to me...

My case number 230956 they knew the last 4 of my social so now I'm worried is it a scam

They contacted my parents and said a complaint was filed on me.
