This was a male voice English is not their native language. He claimed to be calling from Cox which is a internet tv etc, company here in vegas. He did know my first name and said it was a recorded line. I  will call cox directly after this.. I told him I was busy and had to go Then hung up. I do not believe this was for real as cox has never in my 10 plus yrs with them called me like this.. Be aware...
