threatening messages

There was a so called Mr borrow who called. He said he was from Firm delaware and associates. There is no business by that name. He threatened to have charges brought up for bank fraud, passing a bad check and so on.

i had a call on my cell phone from there as well. also they called my in laws house as that was my previous address.

There is someone calling from this number who says he is victor black but when he called before he was mr Barlow. I guess he has multiple personalities. Watch out for these people they will try to scam you to get what they want. It is not a law firm but a collection agency.

Mr. Barlow tried to contact one of our employees.  He said that she wrote bad checks and that he wanted to issue her a summons.  When she contacted him to get more information, he raised his voice and demanded her debit card number.  When she refused he hung on her.  She called back and tried to ask for his address.  He hung up on her again.  It's a scam....don't give them any of your personal informaton.

Yup, another DUMB A** STUPID collection agency, they say they have a "COURT ORDER" on their desk, HAHAHA, BRING IT!!!!! They also call from 866-595-7396 same STUPID threatening idiots!!!!!

Got a call at work Today 9/25/13, they was talking to a coworker and wanted to speak with a supervisor threating and talking bad and left a message that a warrant is been issue on me for writing a bad checks and bank fraud, passing a bad check, that I need to call them right away to get this matter resolved did not leave a name or anything just his phone 866-595-8875 X126, normally I would of believed it but they call my wife and left her the same message with same crap, the question is and for anyone who get a call like this if a law enforcement has a warrant out for you why would they call you and to give you a heads up, so can run and hide people think about it if it is not a scam it's a  collection agency witch is a illegal practice of law look out people.
