charged me 31.13 for online store delivery   WHATS THAT ALL ABOUT??

Called me about crackers I paid for late at night for an additional 22.00.  Calling my credit card company.

Eye level solutions billed my cc 35.22 I have no idea who they are ...When i call the # it says verizon wireless cust not available....I don't know if this a scam or what . something stinks..They need to explain themselves

Hopefully you called the number on the back of your card, and contested the bill!

Looked at my cc billing this month and notice a charge for $23.15 eye level solution, online order.  Never ordered anything from them... don't even use eye solutions

I say your post and thought scam, same happened to me.  I didn't order any eye solution. But the amount kept buggin me.  And today I got a delivery from UPS, for something I order from Roland Foods.  There was a notice, that they changed their credit card processing company and charges may appear as EYE LEVEL SOLUTIONS.  I did get what I ordered

I just received my credit card bill & have an erroneous charge on $26.61 billed n Jan 27 which I did not charge. I do not know who Eye Level Solutions is.
I am reporting this to my charge card company and having this moved.

I , too, was completely  puzzled and suspicious of a scam with an amount on my  cc statement from Eye-solutions.  Only after I saw your descrpition mentioning "food" did  I put two and two together and checked the amount and date and it is a legitimate bill for tortilal's I ordered directly from "La Tortilla" factory.  The fault lies with the manufacturer who should disclose  AT THE TIME OF ACCEPTING MY ORDER!  that this is their third-party billing company.  It would have saved a lot of worry and grief.  I had ordered from them at earlier times , was billed directly by them, and transaction was a smooth one.  This  last experience,  although the  billing  amount was accurate, has mADE ME NOT WANT TO DEALWITH THIS FOOD COMPANY AGAIN.   Hope this helps.
