this number called me calling themselves flausa? or plausa? recovery. Would not divulge what there business was with me until I would verify my identity... If they had real business with me they can send it to my mailing address.

They are a debt collector trying to restart a debt that you owed in the past.
They ask for you address before telling you anything so they know its you.
Once you confirmed the 7yr clock of debt going away restarts.
My advice do not confirm your information with someone that will not say why they are calling.

I got a call from them today.  They asked me to confirm my address and last four of social.  I asked what it was about and the guy said he would not tell me until I verified.  I told him I do not give personal information to strangers and that I was not comfortable giving out information to anyone on the phone especially when i did not initiate the call.  I guess I watch the new too much and Im too paranoid to give out that info over the phone.  If they really need me they can send me actual mail and not have someone who sounds like a stoner 20 year old call me.

This company is on a rampage of harassing people; obviously some type of scheme or fraud attempt. I have excellent credit for all 3-credit bureau & their alleging I owe somebody money. Puhlease!!!!! I don't owe anyone any money; an obvious scheme/scam for money. I went off, yelling at the idiot that called my home as they kept addressing me by my maiden name & I've been married now for over 10-years. When I dialed the number back b/c the idiot female kept yelling in the phone that they'll keep calling me & a man answered the phone, I told him that I don't owe money to anyone that I have excellent credit (how did they get my number) he said ma'am I'll need to verify some information & then he hung up on me. So, I'm here to conclude this so called "Plaza Recovery" is a fraudulent company. Please whatever you do, DO NOT VERIFY any information with this company that is NOT willing to state the purpose of their call to you or how they even attained your number/information. If you do, be prepared for WHATEVER is to come. SMDH!!!! I am feeling a little pissed-off right now!!!!

I got a call today and a call 2 a week. Everytime I call I think its plaza recovery and they tell me to leave a message for them when they don't want to leave one for me, screw them!!

I don't answer if I don't recognize the phone number.  Then I check on Google to see who it is.
I also end the call before it goes to voice mail if I am around to pick up the phone.  That way they can't leave a message and have any information on me.  Eventually with any luck they will quit calling as it serves them no purpose when they can't harass me.

This people are annoying! they call everyday over and over and over and over..... they just won't stop. I have nothing to do with those people, I have a new phone. I wish they go to h e l l!

They said they were the National Floor Covering Association - trying to get information to update a Member directory.  They asked about the owner's name, or the CEO's name.  Funny, the National Floor Covering Association has been called the World Floor Covering Association for over 15 years now.  So we knew this was all BS.

I have been getting kalls from this number as well as other unknown numbers, mostly from people with a strong middle eastern accent...and they kall very early in the mornings almost every day all day. They have no life what so ever. I kan sit here and talk bad and curse them out but what's it going to solve? nothing. so with that said, I'm just another random person who too has/is being harrassed by these less than decent human beings..and i hope more of us can actually do something to stop them.. as long as they stop for good, i wont mind not getting any money out of it. Good luck to all of us still getting harrassed though, i hope you do get to sue successfully without jepordizing any work or school hours. STOP THESE ANNOYING CALLS.

They are a legit company. They called me and after I verified who I was they told about a debt that I know I have. My advice is to give them your info and find out what the debt is because if Plaza Recovery is calling you it is because you have a debt that you failed to pay.

I've received this call numorous times every day almost. and when I actually answer, no one speaks. then it hangs up. this is getting extremely frustrating.

It's obvious u work for them!  And heres a tip if u want people to cooperate, than tell them who u are up front and STOP with all the cloak and dagger crap.

This is United Recovery Systems - a debt collection company (caller ID says 443-569-6066 / Annapolis MD).

They are NOT located in Annapolis MD.  They are located at 5800 N Course Dr  Houston, TX 77072.  They have a line dedicated to each state, so you are more likely to answer the phone then if an 800 # or (713) 977-1234 come up.  

They called me 8/6/13 at 12:38 p.m. and left a voice mail.  Then, AS I listened to voice mail, they called again at 12:41 p.m.

Apparenlty they do not communicate with one another as I had returned the first call from Mr. Hudson.
