Humana...calling...

Left a message directing me to call back and enter a "unique" 7-digit access code. Will not be doing that! Although they identify as Humana, they're actually a third-party company. It's been a while, but have received similar calls before. Will also be blocking number, as message says, "if we don't hear from you soon, we will call again."

I got a similar call for the umpteenth time.  I once awhile back thought it was Humana and when I entered the code, something odd happened and I hung up.  I reported them to Humana and told them what happened.  They had nothing to indicate in their notes that someone was trying to call me about my account.  I do not like this garbage.  Blocking....

What? Don't call me again.
