They just called my cell phone and work phone threatening to serve me with "legal papers" Whatever, go [***] yourself!

i was served this morning with a court summons today and the same # was given to me before but didnt take it serious. i now have court on wednesday the 8th and am completely aware of the matter that initially i just completely forgot about. looks like we might be in the same boat melissa. hope this helps and if you have there contact information id say call them right away to find out what the matter is regarding. kinda wish i was in your shoes and not mine right now.

They just called me about the same issue. I told them to email me proof first.

I have recieved a call from this number also. They told me that they have mailed me numerous times giving me a chance to take care of the debt. I informed them that I have never received anything that I am aware of the 2 year old debt but this is the first time i have anything in that long. They asked me for my debit card information over the phone to secure a payment or I would be served a summons. I cannot find any information about this company "Imperial Legal". I asked them to mail me the information again to the correct address but they said they were unable to do that since I have ignored all previous attempts to collect debt. I spoke with a legal counsel and they advised me to not give them any information until I received something in the mail to ensure this is legit. I'm not denying the debt this just concerns me that they are threatening me and being very rude...I'm not sure what to think but it's very strange I can't find any information anywhere about this company....

Melissa - don't give them any information.  It is a scam company.  They are lying about serving you papers and this george giurmo works for them and is trying to scare you.

No court anywhere serves you papers one day and a mere week later requires you to appear.

Hi there Mr. Giurmo. A male gender by the name of "John Miller" called and left a message on my cell and indicated that he was going to serve me with papers (summons) and that if I would call 866-596-4524 that I could resolve this matter because he was "not" to have contact with me (but he calls my phone; STUPID) and when I called the number it was to a company by the name of "IMPERIAL LEGAL PROCESS" (out of Arizona). After "John Miller" left me the vm he called my mother's home and "upset" her something awful and said to her that he could get papers to search her house, told her that she was lying and that she was hiding me (I'm a grown a** 41yr old woman and I live on my own) and called her a white b***h!!!! When I called that number back and told them how that black SOB, MF'er John Miller called and did that to my mom I was furious and all different shades of red was my face.  Check your local county clerk of courts records just to give you a piece of mind, but overall I'm aware of the debt that has fallen in this company's hands, but they damn sure don't know how to "collect" on a debt acting like this and when I told the rep that I did speak too, he was so stupid and couldn't even address my complaint against John Miller because I was so upset he was ready to hang up when I told him how he wasn't very good at customer srvc he said he was a paralegal (LOL) and I told him if his lawyer he works for don't win cases HE DON'T GET PAID with his dumba**!
