Its an attorney or something they call and call in regards to a court case and court number in which i have called back and told htem that there is no one by that name at this number in which they told me i was used as a reference in a court case but they couldnt' even tell me what my name was since i was used as a reference.  I asked them to remove this number from their court case and I dont think they did.  Normally someone would run back the number to remove but they didn't.  I will be taking this up w/ alltel!

I have been getting numerous messages from this number. I called the number back with mu name and phone number, no one answer so I leave a voicemail. No return calls. The next day, I rec'd the same message, statn to cb because I was a defendant of some case, the contact person name to call back is Mark Collins with AC NETWORK ASSOCIATE.The call back number he leaves is 866-596-6017. The caller ID number is 202-609-7461

I got this same message.  No one will tell me what's going on.

I have received that exact call numerous times, however, they call my mother's house asking for me.  The man to call back is Mr. Mark Collins and they stated I was the defendant and they are calling because I am being sued.  I telephoned our local courthouse and my district magistrate, neither of which has any suit been filed.  The BBB does not have a listing for them.  The last message I left I stated I was calling the Attorney General to verify their business.  I have not heard back since.

I received a call from this company "AC Network" and they told me I was being sued for a payday loan that I hadn't paid back in 2006?? I don't even recall having one but my ex had caused some major debt from years ago and I just assumed that was what i was paying for.  I couldn't speak to this "Mark Collins" that had left the message.  I proceeded to set up payments so i didn't have to go to court and as soon as the first payment came out of my bank account their number oddly was no longer in service.  I went through my bank and had to close my account before the next payment came out.  They are giving me advice to go through the Attorney General to persue getting my money back.... i feel this a big fraud.

listen this scumbag COLLECTION AGENCY called me claiming to be an attorneys office!! sd something about an outstanding payday loan and how they were going to take me to jail for bounced checks!!! i was scared so obviously i gave my checking info to pay back this debt i dont even recall having! they over drafted my account well over 1,000.00 dollars!!!!! WTF!!!! so i called the original creditor and found out i never had a loan!!! i knew it didnt sound right!! so at that point i had to close my account and tried to contact this company...i was trying to reach a Mr. Mark Collins to let him know and guess what....the number i had was disconnected! so they took my money and ran for something i never owed!
