Humana health group. They ask me a few questions if I had eye exam, if I have diabetic ...so forth. They either part of Humana or telemarketers

This is the company that my Medicare plan is through, so prob not a sales call. Left an automated voice message.

Automated VM says call is from Humana with an important reminder.  Can reach them 24/7.  Call back to 866-596-6047 and enter this unique access code: 7120892.  I've received a letter as well.  Have had Humana Medicare Advantage for several years.  I believe this is a 3rd party marketer working with Humana.  If you have/complete 5 of the annual/semi-annual/quarterly medical checks (eyes, HgA1C, etc) and send them notice, you get to choose 4 or 5 gift cards.  Not a bad deal (I've done it); just sad that some marketer has found another way to grab some of that Medicare money for "candy" when we need it to pay for Medicare! -- climbing down from my soap box now

See my 13 Jul 2016 post.  Called again today, left same message and "unique access code."  I am going to block calls from this number.

A Male person called my phone number which went to my voice mail. He gave me a phone number 1-866-596-6047 and a access code to make the call. He said he was representing  Humana. Is this Scam call.

It seems to me that this person trying to reach me is failing because I have a block of phone number  on my phone.
Also, I am to punch in access code which is crap.
