Just received a call (and a message too) from this particular number. Don't know who it is.

My daughter get 3 plus calls a day from this number. Who is it? She is only 10 years old!

Called and left a message for a call back with a name of the person they were looking for.  Said they were not a solicitor or a collections agency.  Said that they were trying to contact the individual on a legal matter.  The person wasn't anyone at this number.  They were doing callings off of internet searches on the last name.

Viking collections:  Got multiples calls 7 days a week.  Spoke to several highly abrasive individuals that claimed that they were calling on delinquent debt.  When i asked them what account they were referring to, they claimed that they only had the last 4 digits of some fictitious account.  I asked for phone number to the account holder and they refused to give me any info.

same thing as the other posts, you call back and they don't identify the company. i hang up at that point
