I get calls from this number, I answer and it starts ringing on the other end, i hang up.

This number also calls my cell phone every weekday at around the same time for three weeks.  I have yet to answer!

Also, once a week for a few weeks now, never answer right away, but message box is always blank.

Same. Calls and hangs up. I am sure it is court or collection related.

Again today.

Same calls once a deay for a 1 1/2 week now, and they don't even realise that they get a voice mail, because they always ask to talk to someone before they hang up without saying who it is from.

Same call on my cell phone every day around the same hour for 4 days, I ignore it, they leave me no voice mail.
