This number, 866-603-3082, called my home line twice today and did not leave a message.  I was expecting a call from a contractor and called the number back, but all I received was silence.  I'm not sure who it is but it is evident they are not a legitimate business.

My in-laws were called by this number trying to reach me. Claims it is American Express, but I dont have account with them

Prior to this call, I received 4+ calls from another number claiming to be Blue Shield. Seemed very real. However, after the last fake Blue Shield call, this number calls me. I answer and they are shouting at me to verify my name, they said their supervisor was next to him, and to do not hang up. He screamed this at me like 4 times until I could fully understand and hung up

This is a private office at American Express. Tell them you do not want any communication with them and tell them you are giving them a cease and desist verbally to stop phone calls and e-mails and US Mail.

Since I'm just killin time til my 2nd COVID shot, I auto redialed incessantly for 25 min. Finally no one dumb ferner answers after the recording. I hope that puts me on their do not call list.

An Indian lady called me and it's from American express and said I owed them $7000 and asked my last 4 ssn digits. I don't have an account with American express. I asked her why she scams other people and cannot she find another job.....
