I receive calls from this number 2-3 times a day and they don't leave a message or tell me who they are calling for?

I don't want this phone call

This number calls me several times a week and has begun calling my parents home asking for me. They give no information except a File # that I've never heard of. The guy asks for my birth date and address to verify who I am without verifying who they are and what they're calling about.

I am being spammed by this number. They get over to voicemail, as though to leave one but, say nothing.
Today they have called over and over... we are talking it's like they are hanging up and pressing redail and it is getting F* annoying.

This is a debt collection agency calling.
