Received multiple calls from all over the country (606-363-9218, 845-310-2350) and the voicemail they leave refers to the number above. Stating papers to be served, making sure you are at home, etc. Blocked caller ID, called the 866# and the person who answered stated its "Dole and Associates" with "several offices" however no specific information would be given.

Call back, "You have reached our litigation office."  It went on to tell you to leave a detailed message with the case number.  Search turned up a few Dole and Associates but none were lawyers or debt collectors as I suspect these callers are.  The "...serve you papers" is a classic spiel of zombie and fake debt collectors.  You can learn how to tell the difference between real and fake debt collectors here:

I called them today and asked them to provide me their information and they wouldn’t do it. They hung up on me and at the end of the call they said have your lawyers reach out to us people go to the extreme to try and do stuff I think it’s funny.
