Returned the call on behalf of our client asking for documentation of debt since it had been discharged. They wanted a letter of Representation. Said they wanted to schedule a time to serve the client. I informed them that is unusual since they are not a law firm. I asked where to send the letter of rep and I was hung up on.

Said I was being sued by 5/3 Bank over an overdraft fee when I have never banked there BUT they quoted me my Social Security number so highly suspicious.  They said account was closed in WV in 2018 but I was living in VA. Just nothing added up except they knew my Soc Sec

Called many family members saying someone filed a legal complaint about me in my county. They left me a message said it was urgent and that I never returned the documents they sent...which I never received and said if I didn't reply they would have to move forward with legal action. I called the number back and it just that I reached the legal department and to leave my name, phone number and case number to get more info

I just got a call from the same number, did they ever call you back?

Called saying someone filed a complaint against me and that they will continue if I don’t contact them

Process service scam. Ignore the call, block the number.
