Michael Davis from National Process Center wants a call back about a time sensitive matter. Caller ID was 980-246-9089. Probably spoofed.

Now they are calling themselves "Litigation Office" but they won't say what the name of their company is or what the name of their lawyer is.  They must be ashamed of their name if they unwilling to say it over the phone.

These are scammers, they did not register a company, so there is no company name and they have not hired a lawyer, so there is no name to give.  They will simply identify themselves with generic terms like "Litigation Office" or "A Law Firm" that are supposed to imply they are more than they really are, but give an impression that you will be in trouble if you do not call them back.  They might be a bit more believable if they made up a name that sounds like a law firm, or just impersonated a real law firm, but they are basically too lazy or too stupid to do that.  It is possible that these penny-ante scammers simply bought an ebook on the "Dark Web" titled "Scamming for Dummies" and are just following the instructions to the best of their feeble abilities.

Scam caller. A woman answers and says”This is litigation Sevices.” Then continues to ask your name and last 4 of your social. She’s not willing to give any information but wants all of your personal information. When I told her I have power of attorney over the person she was calling about, she wanted me to give her a copy and didn’t want to give me any information about the nature of the call. I answered question for question She got frustrated and hung up.

I received a voicemail from these people today. I blocked the number and reported it.

Left a voicemail from phone # 660-235-9417. Rebecca Martinez said she was from national process service. Gave a case # and said consider yourself served. Call back number was 866-603-5075

I got a phone call from a Rebecca Martinez from national process service with the following message calls in on a local number 877-92-0868

This is a formal notice regarding the noncompliance notice that is being filed against you. If you have not received the notice properly by mail, please call the litigation office immediately to request a copy to be sent out certified. Please note this complaint can before legally without your consent within one or two business days, please feel free to contact the office with any further questions at. 877 927

It’s a recorded message with her name and then it switches over to a guys telephone number to call back complete spam
