866-603-5343

They called me from a local number it came up as scam likely so I didn’t answer. They left a voice mail saying I was being served at home or work and if I wasn’t going to be available to call 866 603 5343. They did not mention the name of their company or their name. I didn’t respond then they called my mother and my daughter looking for me. I called back some lady named Sara Martinez got on the phone stating I owed on a credit card debt from 2014. I had no knowledge of this so called debt and let her know. She started telling me they are going to serve me over a 11 year old debt I never had but had my social security number, address and date of birth. I explained I never had a credit card with that bank and she said they’re taking me to court and are going to put a lien on my house, garnish my wages, and take my taxes when we go to court. I was like what’s my other options and she said she will talk to the debt collector and see if I still have the option to pay monthly or to get a buy out. They then sent me a Validation of debt to my email and want me to sign by Friday or they are going to serve me. Needless to say I am not signing. Not one time did they say the name of their company, they never said the debt collector mini miranda, and after receiving the email from a bonk email address I googled the company name and contacted them directly. Adam Dahl & Associates Is a actual company based out of Minnesota and when I called they said they receive several calls a day asking about this debt collection and they aren’t a debt collection company and it’s a scam. Stay safe and be aware. Scam!

My sister got a call from this number asking for my deceased aunt who passed away 1 year ago.  They gave the name of Emma Hernandez with a file number.  Be careful...

I received a call from this 866 number and didn't answer.  She left a voicemail saying they are  "SCHEDULED" to file a case in L.A. Superior Court and gave a bogus case# number. She was actually calling from a local "562" area code (562 383-5439) but told me on the voicemail to call the "866" number to return her call. You can't have a court  case number BEFORE you file a case, so it immediately sounded suspicious.  I looked up the "case number" in the court system and nothing was found.  She then called my mother, saying she was looking for me, and later called my sister and brother in law.  I googled this 866 number and it had scam all over it.  My sister who actually spoke to her said the woman who called was named "Sarah".  BEWARE OF THIS CALLER

I got a call from a local 305 number which is Miami Dade county but the caller said she was calling from Broward county which was the 1st red flag. I was left a voicemail giving this 866-603-5343 as the call back number indicating they are scheduled to file a case against me in Broward County Court. They provided a filing number yet they claim they haven't filed yet and it's "urgent" that I get back to them today or they will move forward with filing. They proceeded to call my husband and daughter with the same threatening message. Scammers!!!

This number called me talking about serving me papers or taking me to court and I am trying to see what is this supposed to be about they called wife daughter whom I never give her number to anyone so I am trying to get to the bottom of this issue
