I keep getting phone calls from this number off and on for two months. Threats being made towards me. They even sent some kind of case number. I don’t know who these people are, and I have reported them to the police.  Her name is Rebecca Martinez!!!

I just received a voice mail from this number, from a Rebecca Martinez, from the “National process service”. She said it was a “formal notice regarding the noncompliance notice filed against you” and gave a case number.  The person she was calling is my mother—who’s been deceased for almost 9 years now.

Calling recipient and family members.  Rebecca Martinez.  No such litigation

This is a scam call. rebecca martinez called me saying that she has a non-compliance complain against my dad. Huh? Block/delete. No thanks

Just got one from her. Same message. Bogus phishing scam.

I just received a phone call from this number, from a Rebecca Martinez, from the “National process service”. i just received the same scam call same name i contacted the police department both numbers and leave a record number i have no debts so that is a defendant scam  518-240-4294  and if i didnt get the lettter to call 1-866-603-5414    i called and it a total scam

Got the same voicemail message, Rebecca Martinez from National Process Service. Said it was a non compliance from Marion County. Called my ex wife, my parents, my daughter and my aunt looking for me. I called the county and the courts, there's nothing against me at all, It is definitely a scam

They started about three months ago. Using different numbers, unknown caller ID’s. I called stupidly the first time spoofing my own number. I did not speak. The person answering the phone answered saying”legal department.” I was scratching my head. I thought maybe it was real. After doing much research and several AI inquiring, I was convinced it was a scam. Main points were, they were using scare tactics. You would have probably been served by mail. But, like many people, especially older or disabled people or those with past financial issues, these scams can take a toll mentally. They should be stopped immediately!! Whatever it takes to bring them down. It’s not just the psychological, damage they may be done, but some people are actually falling for these scams and paying them or giving them more information. I received the same call today that most of you were complaining about on here and if I’m not mistaken, they used the same last name Martinez when they contacted me three months ago, please pass this information onto other people that you know, and let them know there is a scam out there. Some people will not know. Here is the message that I received today in voicemail. They also called me four days ago with their phone number being blocked be vigilant people.  “ My name is Rebecca Martinez with the national process service. this call is intended for #### with a reference number of 1918277 this is a formal notice regarding the non compliance notice that is being filed against you. If you have not received this notice properly by mail, please call the legal aid office immediately to request a copy to be sent certified mail. Please note that this complaint can move forward legally without your consent within one to two business days. Feel free to contact the office with any other questions at 866-603-5414. Please consider yourself notified. Thank you.

I received the same call and message from Rebecca Martinez.

I too just got a call from this same person!! They called looking for someone and told me to call (866)803-5414. They even gave some sort of case number and everything.

My dad got a message from Rebecca Martinez regarding the same "Non-compliance" BS everyone else on here is experiencing. The number was 1-866-603-5406. I called the number back and they have my current address and all kinds of information which is scary. Who should I report this to?

Ditto on all this information -- same voice mail message as reported above by Mike P.  These people can go over Niagara Falls.  They are fraudulent bullies who prey on the vulnerable -- too bad we can't reciprocate with the same threats and ultimatums.  Blocked all numbers.

Don’t fall for the traps of these scamming lowlifes! These people are relentless scammers. They inundate you with calls from various spoof numbers and give different numbers to call back every time. Process Servers do not call you and give you a heads up about a pending litigation against you. Total croc scare tactic! They throw spaghetti on the wall hoping some will stick so they can start scamming. Calling everyone you know is part of their fear mongering tactics as well. Don’t fall for it- ignore, block and delete!!!
