Called from 4843094022, left a voice message aa follows: It's nonsense. There are many many other notes about this exact scam under other phone numbers here and at other websites. Same name, same language used in all cases!

"Hi, yes, my name is Rebecca Martinez. I'm with the National Process Service. This call is intended for. For reference number. 2119308 This is a formal notice regarding the noncompliance notice that is being filed against you. If you have not received the notice properly by mail, please call the litigations office immediately to request a copy to be sent out certified. Please note this complaint can move forward legally without your consent within 1 to 2 business days. Please feel free to contact the office with any further questions at. 8666035435 Please consider yourself notified. thank you."

I got a call from 252-200-0625 (potential spam) with the exact same voicemail listed above with a different reference number.  They had my maiden name which I haven't been for over 25+ years!

I just got the EXACT same VM with the same Rebecca Martinez giving my name and reference # using a robotic generated voice then it goes back to her saying to call if mail not received etc and legal can move forward in 1-2 buisness days .. came from phone # 602-560-6207 but leaving # 866-603-5435 to call back— totally BOGUS!!! Don’t fall for it!!

it’s a bogus scam!! Don’t fall for it!!

Same scenario as the others from Rebecca.  Called from 331-204-0528 referring me to the 866 number.  However, the msg was directed to my mother who's been dead for 3 years.

So far two messages to my voicemail. Same Message. Directed at my stepdaughter, they could not speak English clearly. Same 866 call back number.

Got a text message for me on my wife's cell phone on Oct.8th. Same message word for word. The only difference was the phone number, which was 866-811-08. Very  strange. I am very happy I found this just now. I was ready to call the courthouse clerk to see if there is any pending case against me. Rebecca Martinez
