Very odd voicemail from someone who said they were looking for a Mary or Mayor Rat(c)liffe (really difficult to tell what they were saying) calling about a complaint they received and charges to be filed in Scott County District Court and this phone number was given as the plaintiff in the complaint, but they never identify who is actually leaving the message and it's very noisy in the background and the actual incoming call was blocked. The last thing they say is that you've been served, but it sounded as if the message was cut off before they finished.  

It was all really weird so I was curious and called the number after I looked it up on Google and one of the results said that it might be a spoofed number. The company that it seems to be linked to was called either Coastal or Postal and that's all the information given until you try to speak to someone. It rings a very long time and then sent to a voicemail for a Kevin O'Connell. I did a little more searching and there is a Kevin O'Connell linked to a Coastal Title Inc in Alabama. It says they "provid[e] professional, efficient settlement closings since 1979. We provide title insurance and settlement services for both Mobile and Baldwin Counties in Alabama. We work with national vendors providing searches for foreclosures, we provide assistance to realtors with short sales, we work with attorneys, realtors, lenders and other title companies on property throughout the State of Alabama."  The funny thing is that when you try to go to their actual website, there's no website there. There are other  name variations of Coastal Title companies all over the country. A few of them actually looked legit, but a few others were missing information when you try to find a way to contact them.

It all seems kind of fishy to me, so be on the lookout for this number.
