Does anyone have information on this "toll free call"?There is no information on this number on Google. I suspect it is just a scam.

Since no one but you has posted in this thread then I guess you will either have to pick up the phone to find out or I suppose you could wait to see if someone else does and then posts here.  Of course the latter will mean that you will have to stop back every single day to see if someone else has posted in this thread.

Not all numbers have information on them, as many are spoofed, meaning made up by the caller. Missed calls could be from anyone.
Scammers, telemarketers, debt collectors, pranksters, etc. often use neighbor spoofing so it appears that an incoming call is coming from a local number, or spoof a number from a company or a government agency that you may already know and trust. If you answer, some may use scam scripts to try to steal your money or valuable personal information, which can be used in fraudulent activity.
