    They call ask for my husband, and tell him to call back. Theyre a debt collector, but when we contact Target they said no send us your usual payment. We never got anything on paper from them, Are they a scam?

    No message was left and we never answer calls we do not know.After reading the posts , this is very disconcerting.My family and I have been hurt and only one person is in jail.No exaggeration but we should not have money problems based on what others have been suing over.We are helpless.

    They've called from other numbers and I don't normally answer. This time I did Aaaaaand of course, no one said anything on the other end. Its the same dead air thats left on the voicemails. I had a Target card and defaulted on it due to medical issues and bills. So, I really don't feel bad 🤷‍♀️

    Update: Law Office of Patenaude & Felix continues to call and not leave messages. Curious thing happened, Target mailed me a statement with a dollar value to make my account current. Couple days prior, Law Office of Patenaude & Felix mailed me a settlement double the dollar amount Target was offering. Yeah, total scam!
