Called me 5 times and leave a message for some Pamela something.
In regards to account #394099. I finally was able to comprehend to number they want you to call and called them. Told the guy I just moved and this is my new #, so you are looking for whoever had it before me.
He says he'll take the number off the list, they've called twice more since then. next time they call, I will call back and ask them for their contact information so my lawyer get pass on a harrassment suit.
THen I'll see how hey react.

Ask them to show you the documentation that is associated with this charge.  They are obligated to give you this information.  Should they fail to do so and continue to harass you about report them to Consumer and Corporate Affairs and they will launch an investigation.

Demand all the documents relating to the debt, they must provide it as well have to be licensed to collect in the Province in which you live, not just the agency, the collector as well and you are well within your right to ask for thier license

Ya, the very aggressive man said interest has accumulated to over 3500.00 on a 500. limit card. this was 20 years ago!
I am going to call Zellars acoounts personnally and report these people and these numbers to them, and anyone else who will listen. Everyone should join in and do the same.

I received a call from this number and a message.  I called back and it is asking me for a 16 digit card number.  I have no idea who this company is but I know I don't have any outstanding unpaid bills.  I am very concerned

Block their number. It's a scam from the Canadian company called action collection. Don't call them and don't answer your phone when they call. They may call you back using different phone numbers block them all.
