- Mary| 1 replyThis is the First Bank of Deleware. They offer Payday loans. Do not give out your bank information over the phone no matter who they are. In addition if you have applied for any payday loans you can expect a slue of these companies to call you since every website warns you (in small print ofcourse) that they sell your name & phone number as well as most of the rest of your information to all of their subsidiaries, sister companies, parent companies & affiliates. Yes that is a lot of people that will have your information by the end of ONE application. Please be careful. These sites are not safe.

- chefjerthey called me a minimum of 12 times a day, until one day I answered. The first thing they asked me for was my SS# to verify my identity. I asked them what this was regarding, they said I had an account with them. I have never used a payday loan, and only have an account with one bank, whom I have been with for over 10 years. I refused my SS# and they got short and stated that I needed to resolve the problem immediatly. I kindly told them, if I did indeed have an account with them, they needed to send me verification they the mail, so I could verify they were legitimate, they told me, and I quote, "we do not deal with any mailings of any sort, all of our business is done strictly over the phone". Did they really just tell me they weren't gonna send me any verification of any account I MAY have with them, yet they want me to freely give them my SS# and who knows what else over the phone? I think I'm gonna report this company to someone, maybe even my attorney since they are beyond making a reasonable amount of calls and keep calling me, even after being asked not to. Just thought this information may be of assistance to someone else.

- new blackberry userHave had my new blackberry just a few days, and this number turned up this morning as a missed call. I will report this number to my employer, so we can send an email alert to all our company's blackberry users.
- Caller: unknown (missed call, did not call back)
- AnnoyedThis number calls me a minimum of 10 to 15 times per day. I have added them to my Mr Number app on my phone but somehow they have gotten past it and still connect. I do not have an account with them, my only loans are with a local credit union and student loans held privately. I have asked repeatedly for them to stop calling but they continue to do so.
- M1lf0f3They are truly annoying. I couldn't imagine spending 8 hours a day asking people for money over the phone.

- BigA replies to Pudge| 2 repliesThat is OK for a third party debt collector but does not apply to original creditors which I believe is what this place is.
- Pudge replies to BigA| 1 replyThanks Big A
- BigA replies to PudgeI found them, it is another one of those tribal loan shark places. The sooner they make payday loans like that illegal the better off this country will be.
- Pudge replies to AnnFor Ann and anyone else reading, please note that I gave you some misinformation about the FDCPA. If you read
BigA's reply to me, you'll note that those regulations don't apply to original creditors. My apologies for misleading you. :-(
