- stephanie e.Harassment/Scam Caller: Call comes in as "unknown" or from a different number than the call back number left in the voicemail. I've gotten these calls so many times, it's annoying. All from different people, but most recently, "Virginia Rogers." Voicemail script: "Yes, this is Virginia Rogers. I'm calling in reference to your federal student loans. I need to discuss repayment options due to the recent changes that have taken effect. If you could please give me a call back, my number is 866-618-5151. I'm gonna go ahead and give you a reference number for when you call back, it will make things easier. Your reference number is 088801. Thank you."

- RichardThese scammers called me with a generic voicemail that sounds legit. But, it is the exact same one that thousands have received. The company is based out of Florida and it's called 'Student Loan Hotline'. Report them to the FTC. It is a similar scam that 'Documents Done Right' does with the reference number, etc.
