from Alliance One collections, maybe a Capitol One creditor

A person has called me for three days asking for Billy. I told him that he had the wrong number. I also told him that he is costing me money to answer his call. I also had my husband speak to him.  He said that he got our number from his caller ID, which is a lie, we have never called this number.  He laughed at me, and told me to put Billy on the phone.  I told him over and over that he was mistaken. He said he would call me everyday until I put Billy on the phone. I will go the police department and file charges, if he does not stop. I have had this number with at&t for a year.

They asked for someone that I have never heard of, then rudely asked how long I have been at this number.  I have had my phone for 7 years!  She then proceeded to tell me that this was the number that was given to her to reach the said person.  I hung up and have been ignoring the calls which have been coming in daily.

Received a call from this number 30 minutes ago and person didn't leave a message similar to another person who called me at (866)278-2867 a couple of days ago who also never left a message. Have no idea who they are and I am not delinquent on anything so it can't be collections unless Apria Healthcare decided they will not cancel my order again and referred me to collections when I have tried for 3 weeks to get ahold of them and was finally told my order was canceled a week ago. Before they kept calling me telling me they need a credit card on file to process my order and to come and pick up my order even though I told my doctor I wanted to go with someone else and my doctor notified them to cancel.

A lady called asking for someone who no longer works at my company for the past 2 years. She noted that this call may be monitored or recorded and any info obtianed is used to collect a debt. She asked if there was any forwarding info and I said, "no"

It is Alliance One. Told them once who they are looking for does not live here. They do not understand plain english.  I will not talk to them again so do not answer.
